Disneyland Paris hotel New Port Bay Club is a large seaside themed hotel by the Disney Lake. The lake has a famous lighthouse set in front of the hotel, which is visible from the rooms facing the lake. The hotel is located only a ten minute walk from the Disneyland Resort and offers a wide variety of high quality services.

Newport Bay Club is a Disney’s hotel so it has all the services you should be expecting. There is a free shuttle bus service from the hotel to the resort, and you will be able to purchase amusement park tickets from the reception, saving you valuable time from queuing. The Disney characters visit the hotel and spend time with the visitors during breakfast, giving autographs and posing for photos.

Seaside theme
In a Disney hotel style the hotel has a theme and Newport Bay Club is decorated nautically in the fashion of 1920′s New England – the golden age of yachting. The rooms are spacious and decorated in fresh white and blue colours.
Luxury Facilities
Newport Bay Club offers a range of good facilities. There are two restaurants and two bars serving food that children love. There is also good seafood and mediterranean dishes to suit the adults. For the gym bunnies the hotel offers a fitness centre. There is also a spa tub and pools (both indoor and outdoor) for the visitors looking for pampering.

In a true Disney fashion Newport Bay Club can be expensive. The rooms can feel like an investment and restaurants are pricey, too. During the high season the hotel gets hectic and there are lots of people in the lobby, restaurant and the pool areas. Not all staff is perfectly fluent with English, and sometime the service suffers due to language barriers.

Refurbishment
The hotel has been massively popular since it’s opening and has duely suffered from wear and tear. The grim European winters have left the white front facing the lake washed out and with its paint chipping. The good news is that the hotel has done some refurbishing restoring its bright white looks. The work is still ongoing, so hopefully the hotel will be back to its glory soon.

Recommendation
Newport Bay Club is a good choice for the visitors that appreciate large comfortable rooms and good facilities. The theme extend the hotel experience from a being simply lodging to another exiting part of the holiday. On the downside the hotel can be pricey and busy during high season.
